"That's right - I've bought somewhere around 40 properties from Matt after meeting him a little over 2 yrs ago and the reason is simple - HE'S SIMPLY THE BEST!!! It's nice to know there are people out there like Matt w/ no false pretenses, what you see is what you get, & if he says he'll do it...he will. If you want a R.E. Agent you can count on then call Matt!(if you don't and you're let down by some shmuck...don't say I didn't warn you!)
